Influence of Nano Urea on Growth and Microbial Population in Paddy Ecosystem

Chemical fertilizer usage has been a long-drawn criticism because of its harmful effects on the environment and quality agricultural produce. Researchers are continually looking for more productive, better solutions while retaining societal wellbeing. Effective use nano fertilizers in place chemical is essential reducing overuse also contribute lowering pollution leaching which turn increase effectiveness nutrient consumption yield crop. An experiment was carried out paddy to study influence Nano urea applications growth microbial populations soil. The field trial used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with eight treatment combinations three replications. Results showed that application STCR based N as Urea (50%) (2 sprays) Recommended dosage recorded higher plant height, Leaf Area Index (LAI), Dry matter accumulation paddy. In addition, increased population including bacteria, fungi actinomycetes. Combining recommended fertilisers spray at critical stages crop increases activity.
